Medium roasted for Espresso and Brewed Coffee, this coffee brings the signature Colombian Coffee sweetness with sweet notes of Panela (raw cane sugar) and a beautiful balance between body and acidity.  

"El Tulipán" originates from Colombia's Huila region in the country's south, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at a local cooperative. This coffee undergoes de-pulping, overnight fermentation, and washing before drying under solar panels. The panels ensure stable drying temperatures and shield the beans from rain. Once dried, the coffee is sent to a dry mill for parchment removal and sorting, preparing it for export.
Huila is famous for being one of the best coffee producing regions in the world. Coffees from this region are known to carry brightness, complexity, and a signature caramel sweetness in its flavour. El Tulipan is floral in its aroma and beautifully brings the sweetness that coffees from this region are known for.
